Great value hotel with clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location just off the highway to Bagnoli.
Not one thing.

Excellent value. Attended the festival in Bagnoli for the weekend. Stayed at this hotel before, and would recommend it to others.

Easy to find. Convenient close to motorroad. Parking in garage or grounds. At night the grounds are (gates) secured. Camera security. Staff is allert. 24 hour lodge. Staff is between businesslike and friendly, but certaily helpfull. English is understood and spoken. Rooms are ample and well kept by friendly house keeping staff. Beds are good. For TV lovers; skytv available with dozens of stations. Courtyard rooms are quiet with view of mountains. Breakfast sufficient but could offer a bit more bread veriety. Serving staff is friendly and helpfull. Town main piaza is a few minutes walk. Pompeii, Herculaneum, Amalfi coast, Napoli are within 40-60 minutes drive.
Breakfast is adequate but could be varied. Assortment of bread is limited. Shower in the bath seems to be installed by a person who does not use a shower. Interesting fitting. Faint rumbling of elevator. We tired ourselves too much to hear anyway. courtyard facing rooms certainly hear motor and bypass. These are in a valley and the noise travels upwards along the hills. There are dogkennels in the area, their barking is continuous. When balcony door is closed noise is a goner. These minor issues wil not keep us from returning and use the hotel again. convenient-friendly-clean-secure. for people and car.

We were traveling to the area to visit the Bagnoli chestnut and truffle festival and see grandparents place of birth. No accommodations were available for a single night, so I looked outside of the village. Hotel Civita was an excellent choice. Good value, clean room, and very friendly service. Especially from the gentleman who checked us in. The location was perfect, as it was just off the highway to Bagnoli.

On our recent trip, we found the hotel's location was perfect for our planned activities- easy to find and access. The room was kept very clean and tidy. The staff were always very friendly and helpful which made us feel more like guests than just paying customers. , the free WIFI worked perfectly fine during the entire stay.
Breakfast only provided basic food and lacked variety. The bed was too firm and uncomfortable which left us feeling more tired than refreshed.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the free parking and helpful service provided by the staff. the room was clean and cozy and had an amazing view of the surrounding areas. the location of the hotel was ideal and it was easy to get around the town and explore the nearby attractions.
The breakfast offered was basic and could have been better. the bed was too hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep and resulted in back pain.
